Thanks to Kyle and the team at Brooms. Our furnace died on New Year's Eve and they were able to come on New Year's Day to check it. They did not charge us extra to come on a holiday. Other companies we called would not come or were very rude. Furnace was fixed the next day when parts were available. Service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Kyle was friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

I called Broom's to see if they could do a seasonal check on my air conditioner as well as levelling the unit and tidying up the loose wires and cables that were attached to the brick of my house but had come loose. Colette was very friendly and accommodating in setting up a prompt service call. Kyle arrived at the scheduled time and I couldn't be happier with the excellent and thorough job he did. We have had other heating and cooling people in our home to check our furnace and the others have wanted to charge us a huge sum of money to fix something or install a new one. We wanted a second opinion and went with Brooms for that. They checked our furnace and mentioned nothing about any problems, they saw nothing wrong and now they are back yearly. I trust them fully, great company.
