EXCELLENT SALES AND INSTALLATION (5 STARS)
Before I give my review, I just want to share some information for future customers.
When having a new central air conditioning unit installed, the SEER rating (efficiency) number of the system is quite important.
Higher SEER rated systems cost more than lower rated systems, but you have to consider that the new unit will typically last 15 – 20 years.
It is possible that you will not save enough money on electricity to pay for the extra cost of the higher rated SEER unit, especially in our area and how often you use it.
Fabian in sales understands that very well and recommended a 16 SEER 24,000 BTU Carrier Performance Model for our 1800 square foot end unit townhouse.
But equally important is that the inside coil that is installed in the furnace must be matched to the outside condenser unit in order for the SEER number to be maintained.
Fabian was great to deal with and he called Carrier to confirm that the inside coil that was installed matched the outside unit to maintain the 16 SEER system that we requested.
On the installation side of things, Anthony and William provided excellent workmanship installing our new Carrier air conditioning unit.
They took their time and were very neat. I felt like they cared about their work and our home. The new unit is much quieter than the previous Carrier unit.
They were great to deal with and answered any questions that I had. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks for a job well done.
I am not a typical homeowner as I am quite handy, know how things work and have high standards when doing things. If I am happy, you will be as well.
Best Regards,
