Our home needed a new HVAC system. After quite a bit of homework, I stopped in at Broom's and was greeted warmly and introduced to a Rep who listened and offered up suggestions. No hard sell at all. They realized I was looking for a premium solution and that is what I got. For the last 1-1/2 years, our home has enjoyed comfortable winters and summers. The system is exactly what we wanted - and it is saving us $$ too! Added bonus, whenever I call or visit to get filters and advise, I am always greeted warmly and treated like a valued customer. Worth and visit!
